UNIFORM
Gi classes require a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi and Belt and rashguard underneath.
NOGI classes require shorts/tights and a rashguard.
Striking classes will require Gloves and Shinguards. NOGI Wear is suitable for this class.

OUR FOCUS
The Pre-School programme will help our youngest of Grapplers develop vital skills such as listening and working within a group. We will also teach them basic movements to build strength and start the process of learning self defence in a playful and fun manner.
By the time they are ready to start P1, they will be ready for our Bullyproof programme.

OUR FOCUS
Our Bullyproof programme is designed to do exactly that. Whilst we love the sport of Jiu Jitsu, it makes far more sense to establish a strong sense of self worth and self esteem in our younger members. In light of this, we don’t focus on the sport but more on developing life skills that will take these children through their school years, help them deal with confrontation, adversity and hopefully not become a bully themselves.

OUR FOCUS
This programme will be designed to introduce the fantastic sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to the next generation as they move in to their teenage years.
A lot of the concepts and teachings of the Bullyproof programme for the younger members will carry over to these sessions however we will look to build the future athletes to take the sport forward.
